I can get used to calling myself a Thousand Oaks, CA Wedding Photographer! I mean, the rolling hills alone, just take your breath away. It was truly a joyous day and I loved every second of it! Their day might have looked a little bit different than they pictured (thank you COVID), but their day was beautiful, to say the least.
While September 26th, 2020 was always their original wedding day. The wedding itself looked much different than they originally anticipated, however. Not many couples can say they were able to have their wedding on their original wedding date. These two were one of the lucky ones! I’m sure many 2020 couples can totally relate to having to change their date however, as a result of Covid-19! This Thousand Oaks, CA Wedding Photographer, just like all other photographers can also relate to the current challenges we are facing with planning a wedding during a pandemic. Cheyenne and Dustin took several precautions to ensure that all of their guest and vendors were safe!
Their wedding took place in a private residence in Simi Valley, CA right outside of Thousand Oaks. It was the perfect backdrop to the country wedding they always envisioned and I felt so honored to be part of it. A close family friend allowed them to use her private home as it provided ample room to be socially distanced, most importantly, and still have a great time!
Cheyenne and Dustin,
Thank you SO much for allowing me to be part of your special day. I know that you may have envisioned your wedding day a tad bit different, it was still a beautiful day! No one envisions their wedding day as it being in the middle of a pandemic, however, you guys did a wonderful job keeping everything safe above all! Loved being part of your gorgeous day!
XO,
