Talk about a stunning Malibu Engagement Session! Ashley and Andrew had their hearts set on having a beach engagement session and I was all for it. This time of year can be tricky to plan beach engagement sessions in Malibu because of the tide, but we found a little spot that was just perfect for them, strong winds and all!
Their engagement session had it all! We had a beautiful sunset, beach cliffs, and a gorgeous couple! We could have done without the drastically high winds, BUT we made it work. I personally don’t hate the “windy look.” It adds a romantic feel to images! So we embraced it and made it work 😉
Point Dume, which is where we met for Ashley and Andrew’s Malibu Engagement Session, offers the best of both worlds.
You can take a short walk through the beachside trails and end at the beach for sunset photos. It’s one of the only beaches in the area that still offer a safe walk on the beach when the tide is high.
I can’t wait for their Sherwood Country Club wedding next year! It’s a stunning wedding venue nestled in the hills of Thousand Oaks, California. It’s going to be just as amazing as their engagement session!
