Talk about an EPIC location for an engagement session! Jessie and Michael’s Yosemite National Park Engagement Session was one for the books! We had an incredible time getting to know each other and exploring the park together.
When Jessie and Michael first mentioned to me that they wanted to have their engagement session at Yosemite National Park, I was 100% on board. I mean, it’s Yosemite! How freaking cool is that! We set the date and started planning.
We explored the majority of the Yosemite Valley area during their engagement session. If you haven’t explored Yosemite before, this is a great area for photos if you also want to avoid long trails. Unfortunately, the main road that leads to Glacier Point was closed for the remainder of the year due to construction. It didn’t stop us from getting epic views, of course!! We also had to battle some weird weather and, sadly the smoke from a fire burning in Yosemite, but it was an amazing session, and we had an incredible time!
If you’re thinking of having an incredible location for your session, Yosemite National Park is Amazing. Don’t be intimidated by the hiking trails and large areas. You can easily have a session in one location with incredible views! Of course, you also have the option of going for an incredible hike!
