Some engagement sessions are filled with golden sunshine, while others remind us that beautiful moments have nothing to do with the weather. Brenna and Kevin’s engagement session at Pasadena City Hall was one of those days.
The skies were dark, the clouds rolled in, and the air carried that cozy feeling that only an overcast day can bring. While it wasn’t the sunshine-filled afternoon we had originally envisioned, it turned into something just as beautiful. The soft, diffused light created the dreamiest backdrop!
We laughed our way through Pasadena City Hall. We explored it’s iconic archways and elegant architecture, and found little pockets of beauty around every corner.
Pasadena City Hall continues to be one of my favorite engagement session locations in Southern California. Its timeless architecture, grand staircases, beautiful courtyards, and European-inspired details create an elegant setting in every season. Even beneath gray skies, it never disappoints.
