Stephanie and Sammy’s Palos Verdes Lighthouse Engagement Session was one for the books! It was in the low 60’s and dropped into the 50’s mid session. It was a bright sunny day, but it was cold and windy! So windy and cold that I got wind burn on my cheeks!
It might have been cold and windy but it was perfection! I personally love having a little bit of wind during an engagement session. It adds such a romantic and ethereal feel to photos! It was the perfect setting for the Palos Verdes Lighthouse!
The Palos Verdes Lighthouse is better known as Point Vicente Lighthouse. The grounds and lighthouse are closed to the public. However, the tower and a small museum are open to the public on the second Saturday of each month. They don’t allow receptions or weddings either but it’s a pretty location to visit, have lunch at, and even shoot an engagement session – at a distance of course.
Sammy and Stephanie, thank you so much for allowing me to be part of such a special time in your lives. I can’t wait for your Palos Verdes Wedding later this year!
XO!
If you LOVED this Palos Verdes Lighthouse Engagement session and would love for Nataly Hernandez Photography to capture your engagement session, I would love to chat about that! All weddings booked include a complimentary engagement session! You can contact me HERE!
I believe that engagement sessions are crucial to having a great relationship with each of my couples. It’s why I include them as a gift when booking a wedding!
