As an Irvine Wedding Photographer, I absolutely love spring time in Orange County for engagement sessions! The fields are so lush, and the light is so soft and airy. I live for it! Victoria and Matthew will be getting married later this year in Gilroy, California. Typically, I fly up north for engagement sessions when my couples live in Northern California but these two made a brief trip to Orange County so we went for it!
They decided on Irvine Regional Park for their engagement photos. A few years ago, this would not have been possible after the park suffered a wildfire. This was my first session here since the fire, and let me tell you, it’s been restored beautifully! Any Irvine Wedding Photographer can relate to the grief we felt for this beautiful location after the wildfire, so seeing it back to its former glory was so exciting!
When I tell you that we had fun during their engagement, I mean we laughed NON stop! I captured so many giggly moments between Victoria and Matthew. It was like we were long time friends and not like we had just met minutes ago in the parking lot!
Matthew and Victoria, I can’t wait for your wedding day later this year! It’s going to be incredible and just in time for the fall season!
