Oh my goodness – GUYS! This wedding has all the colorful wedding inspiration a bride needs! Where do I even start with Paulina and Simon’s Spanish Inspired Muckenthaler Mansion Wedding. It was a combination of beautiful deep colors traditional to that of Spanish tiles… which is where a lot of their inspiration came from! A ceremony at one of the oldest Spanish Missions in Southern California and a whole lot of love from friends and family. It was truly a beautiful day! I also left this wedding feeling SO loved and knowing that THIS is truly where God wants me at this time of my life, serving others.San Gabriel Mission Wedding Muckenthaler Cultural Center
I met Paulina and Simon last year when I photographed Paulina’s sister’s wedding in Chino Hills, CA. Shortly after her sister’s wedding, Simon whisked Paulina off to Paris where he proposed! Paulina called me shortly after to book and I couldn’t have been happier… she made my day when she told me I was the first vendor she called to book. This bride tribe of mine is pretty awesome y’all. I can’t sing enough praises about my clients and how special they are to me. They continue to bless me by loving not just my business but for me!
Paulina and Simon’s wedding was a true service of love from their family.
Her aunt served as their wedding planner, a dear friend created her invitations, her coworker helped with the day of coordinating at the venue and her sweet momma helped plan the larger and smaller details with Paulina. Mom was the one that brought me some floral scraps for my detail photos… momma of the bride win! Their colorful inspired wedding at Muckenthaler Mansion was truly a photographer’s dream!
My absolute favorite moment of the wedding day was selfishly when I showed Mom and Aunt the same day slide show I created for Paulina and Simon during the reception. Mom cried happy tears while looking through the images and it brought me SO much joy. I was starting to walk away when her aunt reached over to grab my hand and said to me “God’s purpose in your life is truly to bring others joy, thank you so so much for this” and I about fell apart. THAT MOMENT IS MY WHY! I absolutely love my job but the joy I am able to bring others is why I love to do this. I thank God for the ability to continue to do this and to serve my clients in this way.
Paulin and Simon,
You two had a gorgeous Spanish inspired wedding and I hope that these images are exactly what you pictured when you envisioned your wedding day. I’m a little jealous of your Disneyland honeymoon… have a dole whip for me! Thank you so much for asking me to be part of your sweet day, it was truly a joy for me to be part of it.
XO,
Nataly
